Assalamualaikum and hi,
Hey hi! I’m back!
Pheww, it’s been a long time I left my blog unwritten. I am terribly sorry to
choose not to update as I have many other commitments (cewah). But… It seems
like with writing it makes me feel happier and I realized that I need to write every
single day. :P In Malay, “Mahu seribu daya, Tak mahu seribu dalih”. So… here I
am now, sitting and start writing or typing again like those days!
Yeah, so… Langkawi huh?
Yup, may family and I went to Langkawi few months ago. What so special this
time? My sidekick, Hafiz also joined us to Langkawi and it is his first time to
Langkawi! Okay, cool. It is a long story which I need you, readers, to bear
with me and continue reading although I know it might be boring. But I really
enjoyed myself!
It’s 8am in the morning
at the time we left Sekinchan by car. I drove mine, Persona and Abi (my father)
drove his, S class. In my car there were my younger brother and his friends and
Hafiz itself. We arrived at Sungai Petani at 2pm if I’m not mistaken and we
have our night at Bukit Kayu Hitam, at a homestay as Ibu (my mother) decided to
go to Langkawi tomorrow.
We left Bukit Kayu
Hitam at 7.30am, and drove to Perlis as to go to Langkawi, you need to go by
ferry. And there are two options, you can go to Kuala Kedah’s Jetty which takes
longer time to Langkawi or you can take ferry from Perlis’s Jetty and it will
take less time than Kuala Kedah’s Jetty.
As we arrived, we rent
cars which cost us RM120 per day per car and go to Langkapuri Inn. It is a nice
hotel with a nice view which it is really besides the beach. I couldn’t recall
how much it costs us as I am really excited to jump into the sea!
Next we find any
speedboat that can take us sightseeing those islands near Langkawi. We went to
Dayang Bunting Island, and all those islands. I can’t remember what its name.
Then at night, we have our dinner and walking near the hotel as the hotel is
really strategic I could say as there is a nearest shopping mall and some kind
like uptown bazaar.
Second day at Langkawi,
we went to Telaga Tujuh Walls and we managed to try the Cable Car as Telaga
Tujuh and Cable Car is not that far. Unfortunately, as we go higher in the
cable car, it is raining and we can’t really enjoy the view from above as the
clouds blocked. But the experience is unforgettable. Next activity is… oh Abi
decided to have one more night there in Langkawi. But we change to stay near
Kuah town, at an apartment.
Third day in Langkawi,
we went to shopping of course as it is tax free for several things like
chocolate and so on. So, we shopped a lot at Haji Ismail Group and Idaman Suri.
This is us at Telaga Tujuh Walls. It is a nice place, indeed. But unfortunately, we never reach its waterfall.
We ate at Beras Terbakar area.

Thank you families! Although an unexpected thing happened, i.e, my iPhone 5 blows up. Luckily, I just use it for two weeks and still under guarantee. I can get a new one! Yayyyyy. Okay, till now for this entry!
